The Space:

Step inside Breezy Cove and discover a haven of comfort and relaxation. The house boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for families and groups. The living room is a spacious area, ideal for gathering and enjoying each other's company. It's equipped with comfortable seating and a TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. You'll find all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, offering a convenient space for enjoying meals together. We have 3 cozy bedrooms ready for our guests! Two of the rooms, the Master and second bedroom both have a King sized bed, and the third room has one Full Sized Bed and One Twin sized bed. Enjoy stunning views of the canal from the expansive, screened-in lanai, which is partially roofed for added comfort. The waterfront view adds to the tranquil atmosphere, allowing you to relax and unwind.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, patio/balcony, and all amenities. Kayaks are also available for your enjoyment.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the sought-after Apollo Beach area, this property offers easy access to public beaches, waterfront dining, shopping and marinas. Just minutes from Apollo Beach Recreation which has a dog park, skate park, splash pad, kids zone, tennis courts, picnic pavilions, walking track and so much more.



Other Things to Note:

The owner has a service available to take guests fishing in the bay, if you are interested, please let us know and we can try and set up a time with the owner to take you!



There is Boat/R.V. parking along the side of the house with 30 amp electrical hookup, water and sewer hookup.
