• Do not move furniture
• Report any damages immediately
• Maximum occupancy: 10
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight
• Please keep doors and windows locked when leaving

• Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
This home is monitored for excessive noise and occupancy. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Please place all 3 living room remotes on entertainment center before checking out.
• Unauthorized guest or events may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Keep all pets off of furniture and beds . NO EXCEPTIONS.
• TAKE SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR .
• Small gatherings of up to 15 total people may be considered only with prior approval and an additional $250 gathering accommodation fee. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, DJs, large speakers, or events are strictly prohibited.

All approved gatherings must remain respectful of the property and neighborhood, and quiet hours beginning at 10 PM must be observed.
