Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, heated pool, private dock, fire pit, balcony, and all outdoor areas. Smart-lock keyless entry for seamless, hassle-free check-in — no key pickup needed.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Please note that while the heater works to raise water temperature by 8–12°F, we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature as performance depends on outdoor conditions. On colder nights (below 45°F), the heater may struggle to maintain warm temperatures.

Pool heating is strongly recommended October through February. March through September the pool naturally retains heat without assistance.
