The Orchidea holiday home is the southernmost of three comfortable holiday homes in the mountain village of Vercana above Domaso, a picturesque village on the upper western shore of Lake Como, 3 km from the lake. A breathtaking panorama on a sun-drenched hillside, stretching south of the lake and contrasting with the majestic mountains of the surrounding area, makes this charming village with its Mediterranean climate a place that is suitable for a vacation in any season. Above is the Collina residence, and the garden, children's playground, and hobby room can be used jointly. On the lake side is the partially covered terrace with a large barbecue, dining table set, and deck chairs.

The solar-heated 10 x 3 m pool is open from Holy Week until the end of October, depending on the weather.

The interior design is stylish, modern, and comfortable.
The light-filled living area offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains with a terrace leading to the swimming pool.
Eating or simply chilling out in the sun on these terraces is something you will never forget.

The fantastic sunny location is delightful all year round: panoramic views combined with a cozy living atmosphere.
Due to the hillside location, there are a few unsecured wall projections—small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office with German-speaking staff in the residence.

There is a parking space for your vehicle next to the property.
