We had a great stay, even if it was only for one night. Such a cool space! Everything was spotless and was equipped with anything we might have needed. The location was perfect, so many excellent restaurants within walking distance, a couple of parks just down the street (Centennial park was great!), and 10 minutes from our white water rafting starting point.

Jessica was great at communicating. The space is so unique and fun! Lots of room to spread out. We had fun playing poker. The beds are super comfortable. Host has all the amenities you need stocked. It does require bringing suitcases up a flight of exterior steps, so maybe pack a go bag if you’re only staying a night.

Exceeded our expectations. Fabulous huge open space and very quiet. Clean, well equipped with plush towels and soft sheets. It stayed very cool even though this weekend we had 100 days. We loved walking everywhere and using this as a home base to duck in and out of between excursions. It was a very quiet weekend near the river because of the drought, heat and smoke but the city was open and welcoming.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is such a cute property. It was in walking distance of the Royal Gorge train and lots of great restaurants. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. Jessica was a great host. The property was clean and set up perfect! We would stay here again! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay, the place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Soft sheets and towels. The TV was easy to use, we watched the word cup!We appreciated the family games available for everyone to enjoy. The downtown location was convenient. The host was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Loved the location in the heart of downtown. Parking very convenient with no issues. Water pressure fantastic! Master Bed on the firm side which my husband loves, I like it a little softer but I slept great. We did not cook during our two day stay but the kitchen was stocked with the necessary pans and utensils if needed. Jessica was readily available and quick to respond with any questions. I'm a klutz but felt very safe going up and down the outside access stairs to the front door. The Royal Gorge Train Ride Station was a very short walk away as well as restaurants and stores. We have always wanted to live in a storefront apartment and staying at Jessica's place allowed us to see what it would be like. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Thank you again Jessica!

This was a great location for all of the activities including the zip lining and the white water rafting. It was perfect for the train ride and walking to restaurants and to get donuts and ice cream.
