This is not a standard rental. From the moment you walk through the front door, the difference is clear: soaring ceilings, marble floors, oversized windows framing lush greenery, and a fireplace that anchors the formal living room with warmth and intention. At four bedrooms across a spacious, thoughtfully laid-out floor plan, the home carries a relaxed California elegance bright, private, and unhurried. Multiple living spaces give everyone room to spread out, whether that's a movie night in the casual family room or a slow morning coffee in the sun-filled dining room. The chef's kitchen flows naturally into the outdoor spaces, making it easy to move between inside and out without missing a beat.

Out back, the private pool deck is the heart of the property. A lap pool and jacuzzi are framed by hand-laid stonework, lush hedging, and string lighting that carries the evening long after the sun goes down. PARKING:

The home includes private driveway parking for guests during their stay. Additional street parking may also be available throughout the neighborhood, though availability can vary depending on the time of day.

Please always double-check posted street signs and local parking regulations, including any street sweeping restrictions, before leaving your vehicle. We recommend using extra care when parking on the residential hillside streets.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including all living areas, the 4 bedrooms listed in the reservation, and designated outdoor spaces.

Please note that while the home contains 5 bedrooms, only the 4 bedrooms specified in the listing are available for guest use. The additional bedroom is not accessible to guests and will remain secured.

Garage access is not included with the reservation and will remain unavailable during your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions and access information will be provided prior to arrival once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.

Check-In & Verification

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival verification form prior to check-in. Access details will be shared once verification is complete.

Travel insurance is recommended, as cancellation policies remain in effect.

Additional Fees & Heating Options



Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $250 per day.

Jacuzzi heating is available for $50 per day.

Please let us know in advance if you would like either option added to your stay, pool and jacuzzi fees are required to be paid in full before checking in and we will send a request and require a 24-hour notice.



Pool use is available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours and neighboring homes while using the outdoor space.

Noise Monitoring

The property includes a noise monitoring device designed to help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. The device does not record conversations.



Arrival & Departure

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.



No Commercial Filming or Professional Content Creation

This property is for residential lodging purposes only. Commercial filming, professional photography, promotional shoots, influencer/brand content, music videos, or organized content production are not permitted without prior written approval from the Host.



Professional cameras used as part of an organized shoot, ring lights, studio lighting, tripods, backdrops, production equipment, crew members, models, talent, or similar production setups require advance written permission from the Host.



Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.



Violations may be reported and handled in accordance with policies and applicable law.



By booking, guests agree to all house rules and acknowledge that maintenance may be scheduled with advance notice.
