This cozy upstairs end-unit condo in the quiet Sierra Manors complex is a great home base for your Mammoth getaway. The condo features 1 downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and 2 upstairs beds (1 double and 1 single), making it ideal for families or small groups. There is a full downstairs bathroom with a tub/shower, in-unit laundry, WiFi, and a smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventure. WiFi is generally reliable, but please note this is a mountain town and service interruptions can occasionally occur.

Enjoy the complex pool (open weather permitting from Memorial Day–Labor Day roughly as determined by the complex) and year-round hot tubs. The condo also has a wood-burning stove for cozy winter evenings, but firewood is not provided and can be purchased locally. Please do not use firewood stored around the complex, as it belongs to individual owners.

Please note the water heater is small, so time may be needed between long showers. This is a quiet complex and is not suitable for loud groups or parties. No smoking or vaping of any kind and no pets allowed.

Guests can easily walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, and local services. The free town shuttle stop is nearby, providing easy access to Mammoth Mountain, The Village, and other areas around town without needing to drive.

The Sierra Manors complex is in a quieter residential area while still being centrally located, making it easy to enjoy both outdoor adventures and the convenience of town. Nearby parks, bike paths, and scenic walking areas make it a great basecamp year-round for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and exploring the Eastern Sierra.

Please bring your own preferred laundry soap if you want to use the washer/dryer.
Pets not allowed, no smoking of any kind, no parties, town mandated quiet hours (10pm-7 am) they will issue fines when responding to noise complaints.
