The home features five cozy bedrooms, including a dedicated office that doubles as an additional sleeping area with a fold-out bean bag that converts into a double bed. There’s also a dedicated workspace for guests working remotely.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, a drip coffee maker, coffee supplies, toaster, wine glasses, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Relax in comfortable living spaces with Smart TVs, tons of games, air conditioning, and heat.

Outside, guests can enjoy paddleboards, bikes, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and beach towels for lake adventures.

One of the best perks of this property is the incredibly easy access to two shared lakefront spots—one just to the left of the home and one to the right, each only a quick 1–2 minute walk away:

Guests are welcome to swim, launch paddleboards and kayaks, and enjoy the shared docks.

If you’d like to bring a boat, you may launch it at the public Devils Lake boat launch (only a 9-minute walk from the house) and park your trailer in the driveway, provided it does not block the street or neighboring properties.
