Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a home away from home experience, close to shopping malls. It sits in a quiet gated community with access to a community pool. An ideal location as it is only a few exits away on the I-4 from some of the major Florida attractions such as Magic Kingdom Theme Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort . There is a designated parking spot for 1 vehichle as well as free parking space for one other vehicle.

The space
The property is a two story townhouse. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the 2nd bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. The kitchen, living/dining room are downstairs. The half bath is located downstairs. There is a sofa in the living room that pulls out into a full size bed, making it a 4th bed. A back patio is accessed by a screen door in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine.
The security cameras are outside near the front and the back.
There is a tv in the living room as well as wifi access throughout. There is also a 2nd tv in the master bedroom.

Guest access
Guests have full use of all rooms in the house as long as they take care of the space.

Other things to note
The pool for the complex is accesible by using a pool key. Rules for using the pool are posted in the pool area. The pool is on the left after passing through the front entrance to the complex.
Pool key must be left inside the house after use. Please do not take the key when you leave. You will be billed a $50 penalty if you do so.
