Welcome to this charming townhome in Palm Desert. With two cozy bedrooms featuring a king and a queen bed, plus an additional office space with a sofa bed, guests have plenty of room to relax. The two bathrooms include refreshing showers to start your day right. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. Whether you’re working or unwinding, this superb townhome offers an enjoyable stay.

While staying here, enjoy all that Palm Desert has to offer. Located in the hills of Palm Desert, my stylish two-bedroom, 2 full bath condo sits one mile above the well known shopping district of El Paseo just minutes away. My condo is in the Sommerset condo ungated complex.
House features spacious, modern kitchen which flows into the elegant living room. Two roomy bedrooms attached to two full baths. A den room also can sleep two more people if needed.
Outside patio looks out over the city of Palm Desert as well as mountain views up above.
Enjoy the pool, spa and tennis courts just steps away from this patio. These amenities are available to my guests.
Cooking is an enjoyment in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with large island. Patio also features bar-b-q with rotisserie.
Kitchen opens to an elegantly appointed living room for spacious relaxation.
Other features include two modern walk-in showers, lots of closet space to spread out and a steam washer and dryer. TV in the Den as well as the two bedrooms.
Private patio looks out over the city of Palm Desert.

Some of the nearby activities are:
Year round theater productions at the McCallum Theater. Shopping Mall and El Paseo Drive.
Civic Center Park offers walking, picnicking, sport activities and dog park.
Outside markets at the college of the desert draw many vendors and visitors for a fun shopping experience.
Restaurants along El Paseo and Highway 111 nearby featuring a variety of cuisine.
Palm Desert has nearly 100 golf courses in the vicinity.
Yearly events include, Paribas Tennis Tournament, and Pro Golf Tournament. In addition, a variety of events at the Acrisure Arena, and Coachella Concert Events.
Hiking trails nearby. The renowned Living Desert Zoo and Gardens closeby.
Nearby Palm Springs features art museum, the Plaza Theatre and great shopping.
