Welcome to Lark by Nest Villas, a cozy and modern two-bedroom bungalow located inside the gated Indian Palms Country Club community. Designed for couples, small groups, and festival travelers, the home offers a relaxed desert stay just a short five-minute walk from the Empire Polo Fields.



The Space:

You’ll have access to Indian Palms Country Club amenities including pools, spas, tennis courts, pickleball, golf, fitness facilities, and community gathering spaces throughout the neighborhood. The home is designed to provide a simple and comfortable home base for enjoying everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.



Lark features clean and comfortable interiors with an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms that maximize both comfort and flexibility. The layout is ideal for smaller groups looking for an elevated and convenient stay in Indio. Finish off your day by watching the sunset from your own private patio, located right on the golf course.



Located in the center of the Coachella Valley, the home offers quick access to Coachella, Stagecoach, golf courses, restaurants, casinos, hiking trails, and shopping. Please note that garage parking is not available at this property.

Other Things to Note:

Pool Use:

Please note a refundable deposit is required for the keycard to access the gym and larger pool area and all guests must be cleared for access in advance of use. There is a smaller community pool and spa located near your home, which we will give you a physical key for when you arrive. There is a $250 fee for lost keys that are not left in the home during check-out.



Pool & Fitness Schedule (subject to change):

- Lap swimmers only have use of the pool Monday – Friday from 7:00 – 7:45am.

- Aqua Class is Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 9:00am. First come, first served. Members have priority.

- Indoor Gym Class Schedule – First come, first served, subject to change

- Spin Class – Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:30 am – 10:30 am (three days per week). Set-up begins at 9:15 am. You must be ready to go at 9:30 am with your bike set-up.

- Gentle Yoga is Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00pm – 6:00 pm.

- Tai Chi is every Monday and Friday from 7:15 am – 8:15am. Last class is July 17th, classes resume in September 2025.

- Stretch Class with some weights incorporated – Monday and Friday from 8:00am – 8:45am. Last class is July 17th, classes resume in September 2025.



Trash Schedule: Trash pickup is on Monday mornings. Guests checking out on Sunday or Monday morning must place trash bins curbside on Sunday evening, as pickup trucks may arrive early Monday morning. If guests are staying through Monday, please return trash bins back inside after pickup. If guests have already checked out, our cleaning team will bring the bins back in.



Parking: Street parking is not permitted within the community at any time. Please use designated driveway or approved parking areas only. No garage parking available for this home



Gate Access: All guests must be pre-approved and registered at the gate prior to arrival. Unregistered guests may be denied entry by community security.



Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval only. There is a $125 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per stay.



IMPORTANT: Guests are required to complete Nest Villas’ standard rental agreement and check in verification process prior to receiving arrival instructions. By submitting a reservation request, Guest acknowledges and agrees to complete these requirements before check in.
