Every bedroom has white noise machines and blackout shades so everyone sleeps well, and three full bathrooms mean no morning traffic jams.

The living room wraps you in mountain views from an oversized sofa with a double-wide chaise, anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is stocked like you actually planned to cook — cookie sheets, cutting boards, sharp knives, a stand mixer, blender, toaster oven, ice maker, and all the serving dishes you need. When the weather calls for it, fire up the big gas grill on the deck.

The game room has a full arcade machine, shuffleboard, ping pong, and an acoustic guitar for whoever feels inspired. There's also a bar stocked with glasses, cocktail tools, and everything you need to mix a round.

We're parents ourselves, so this home is genuinely kid and baby-friendly — toys, books, a pack-n-play, noise makers, booster seats, a baby gate, and kid-sized plates, cups, and cutlery are all here waiting.
