🧼 Cleaning Standards

We uphold superior cleaning practices. All bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are professionally laundered and freshly delivered for each stay.



📌 House Rules

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is found on the property, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund, and a $350.00 USD plus tax cleaning fee will be assessed.

• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including Vaping) is strictly prohibited. A $350.00 USD plus tax deep-cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.

• No Parties: This neighborhood has a strict no-party policy. Parties will be immediately shut down and guests will be heavily fined.



Guest Access:

• 🔐 Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless arrival with our keyless entry system. You'll receive a personalized door code for convenient, stress-free access.

• 🚗 Free Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free parking directly on-premise and along the street.

• 💦 Full Villa Access: Guests have complete access to the private retreat, private pool, and all resort amenities at the Oasis Club clubhouse.



Other Things to Note:

• Damage Protection: We require a $1,000 refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) or a $50 opt-out fee for damage waiver coverage.

• Fines: We impose a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest and a $1,000 fine for smoking inside.

• Age Requirement: Main guest must be at least 21 years old unless prior approval is granted.

• 🍽️ Supplies & Pantry Information: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide starter supplies (shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags). Food items, seasonings, oils, and personal toiletries are not provided.

• 🍔 Weber Grill: A Weber propane grill is available. Guests may use any propane remaining in the tank. If a refill is needed, guests are responsible for exchanging or refilling the tank.

• 🔥 Pool Heating: Available for an additional $45.00 per night (must be requested for the entire stay). It takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature, so please let us know in advance!
