The open-concept kitchen and living area is ideal for gathering, entertaining, and spending time together. The fully stocked modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the 80-inch smart TV can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and living room.



The dining table seats up to eight guests, making it the perfect place to share meals and special moments.



Outside, the large backyard has been beautifully updated with lush artificial turf and offers something for everyone. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game of ping-pong, grill on the barbecue, or unwind in the outdoor lounge and dining areas surrounded by fruit trees.



For your convenience, the home also offers a complimentary EV charger located at the front of the house.

Guests have access to the whole property!



Although I respect my guests' privacy, I am always available if they need me, just a brief 5-minute distance away.



This house is situated in a beautiful and tranquil suburban neighborhood. The neighborhood is filled with lush green space, mature trees, and manicured lawns, creating a serene atmosphere. The streets are lined with immaculately kept single-family homes. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby parks, trails, schools, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it a desirable place to live. The neighborhood is also close to several major highways, making it a great location for commuters. Overall, it is a friendly and safe community, perfect for families and professionals alike.



Public transportation is available through the Los Angeles metro bus line, which stops nearby and can take guests to nearby destinations within the city. Taxis and rideshares such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area and can be called for pick-up or drop-off. For longer trips, guests can rent a car at one of the nearby car rental companies. Additionally, the neighborhood is well-serviced by bike lanes and is a great option for guests looking for a more active way to explore the area.



Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.



We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.



In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities.



Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together.



Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
