The best part? You’re only about 100 feet from the beach, with easy access to the ocean whenever you want, morning walks, sunset views, or a quick dip are all right at your doorstep.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the 1-bedroom unit, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space. 1 Private Parking Available for your unit.

This unit is part of a fourplex property, so while your space is completely private, some outdoor areas and walkways may be shared with other guests staying on-site.

You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival for a smooth, self-check-in experience.

You’re just steps from the beach and within walking distance to some of the best spots in Hollywood Beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun, then head over to Tiki Tiki, one of our go-to favorites for great food, drinks, and unbeatable views.

The Broadwalk is just minutes away, offering restaurants, bars, shops, and plenty to explore, all without needing a car.

Perfect for guests who want an easy, walkable beach stay with great energy nearby.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient from this location. The beach is just steps away, and many restaurants, bars, and attractions along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk are within walking distance.

For longer trips, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive quickly. If you’re planning to explore beyond the area, having a car can be helpful, but not necessary for enjoying your stay here.

House Rules:

• This unit is part of a fourplex, so you may see or hear other guests during your stay

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM to keep the environment peaceful for everyone

• No parties, events, or unregistered guests allowed — only registered guests are permitted on the property

• No smoking inside the unit

• Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet (must be disclosed in advance)

• One assigned parking space is provided for your convenience

• Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and monitoring of common areas only

• Check-in is self-service, and instructions will be provided prior to arrival
