📌 As per Florida state law, we cannot leave any opened condiments or food items in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Multiple grocery stores are located just minutes away, including nearby Publix Super Markets near both the front and rear entrances of the community.

📌 Pool heat is available upon request for $40 per night for the entire duration of the reservation. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to arrival, as the pool requires time to fully heat.

📌 Enjoy the outdoor BBQ during your stay for only $60 for the entire reservation — propane included.

📌 Free and fast mesh Wi-Fi Internet and smart-home-connected central air conditioning are available throughout the home.

📌 The home includes washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothing steamer for guest convenience.

📌 Free parking available for 2–3 vehicles in the driveway, plus additional nearby street parking where permitted.
