Step back in time at this historic home originally built by the owners of the former Conrad's Mill across the street.
Conveniently located, you’re just a short drive from Littleton’s vibrant downtown, as well as skiing at Cannon Mountain and many of the White Mountain's best hiking trails. Local wedding venues like Ogontz and Bishops Farm are also nearby.
The space
There are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and seating area, the other with a full bed. The home was built in the 1890's and has lots of original touches that add to its charm like the built-ins and clawfoot tub.
There is a small pond in the backyard and a waterfall across the street. Peek-a-boo views of mountains can be had from the yard, but walk or drive up the road just a bit and the views get even better!
Use of a pack and play and portable highchair are available on request.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the first-floor unit and shared use of the lawn space. There are doors within the unit that connect to other parts of the house which are locked from both sides during stays.
Other things to note
My husband and I live upstairs with our young daughter, there will be some noise between the units.
The house is on a hill which can be slippery during an active snowstorm. Good snow tires and all-wheel drive are recommended during the winter.
The unit is on the first floor but does have rooms that have a step up or down to get into and the thresholds are raised. The doorways to get into the bathroom are slightly narrower.
ATV access to the rail trail available from the house by road riding.
