The kind of place you come back to at the end of the day and actually want to stay in.



The Space:

Kuadru Living occupies a well-considered space — clean lines, warm materials, and a layout that feels more like a retreat than a rental. Natural light moves through the apartment across the day, landing on a living area that invites you to slow down, and a kitchen where cooking feels like part of the experience, not a chore.

The bedroom holds a queen bed dressed in quality linens, with a smart TV, air conditioning, and a safe built into the closet. The bathroom is full and well-equipped. What makes the difference is the private balcony — a quiet corner to have your coffee in the morning or a glass of mezcal as the city lights below start to come alive.

The building's pool is one of the few in this part of the city, open every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Access to the rooftop garden rounds out the experience — a shared space for evenings out in the open air, with music kept at a comfortable level for everyone.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours — living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, private balcony, pool, and rooftop garden. Check-in is autonomous through a secure key box located at the apartment entrance, so you can arrive on your own schedule. A parking access remote is left in the unit and should remain there at the end of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

San Felipe del Agua is one of Oaxaca's most sought-after residential areas — a neighborhood that feels more like a small town tucked into the hillside than a suburb. The streets are shaded, the air is a few degrees cooler than the historic center, and the rhythm is noticeably calmer. It sits just minutes from everything central Oaxaca has to offer: the markets, the mezcalerías, the colonial architecture, the restaurants that make people come back to this city again and again.

From the apartment, you're close enough to the center to spend your days in it — and far enough away to sleep well at night.



Getting Around:

The historic center of Oaxaca is about a 10–15 minute ride away. Local taxis are reliable and easy to find. Having a car or scooter makes exploring the valleys and surrounding towns considerably easier, but it's not strictly necessary for a city-focused stay.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is suited for two guests. Children and pets are not accommodated at this property. The pool is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the rooftop garden is a shared space where we ask that music be kept at a considerate level. A complimentary water jug is included upon arrival.

For security purposes, all guests must complete a mandatory digital check-in prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid ID, completing a registration form, and providing a credit/debit card for a security deposit. This secure process is required to validate your reservation and receive check-in instructions. Failure to complete it may result in denied access without refund.
