Ceci est une belle vue appartement à moins de 15 minutes à pied du Zocalo (place de la ville). Un bel appartement dans le centre de Oaxaca. Vous êtes à distance de la zocalo (place de la ville) à pied. Les magasins et les restaurants sont nombreux et variés. Vous serez tenté de passer plus de temps que vous devriez en sirotant des margaritas sur votre point de vue ville terrasse avec le célèbre Monte Alban en arrière-plan.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier sûr et sécurisé au bord nord-ouest du Centro Historico. Musées, galeries d'art, de la cathédrale, des églises et des monuments historiques sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Nous essayons de prendre soin de nos clients non seulement quand ils sont dans leur bel appartement, mais aussi quand ils sont sur la ville. Nous savons que toute nouvelle ville peut être déroutant. Outstanding rental in Oaxaca with superb view

This is a spacious, comfortable rental. The location is excellent, the king bed very comfortable. One flight up from street level to front door.

Great view and close to the Centro

We had the most wonderful time staying at Anthony's apartment. His daughter served as our host and was most obliging with any requests that we had. She lined us up drivers to take us to Monte Alban, did a couple of grocery runs for us, gave us suggestions about where to go and what to do in Oaxaca. The property itself was amazing. The patio view was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a stay in Oaxaca consider this property.

Perfect spot for our vacation

We were really happy with this apartment for our stay in Oaxaca City. It's in a quieter neighborhood, we loved the outdoor terrace and the views. It was very clean and we had everything needed. We especially appreciated the property manager Emily, she was extremely responsive and addressed any questions and needs that we had promptly. Great restaurant a few doors down, Humito, and also a panaderia just about a 5 minute walk away.

El Gran Panoramico Fortin

Such a good choice: - 2 couples, each of us had our own "wing", bathroom and sense of privacy- patio/deck is expansive, well furnished in shade and in the sun and at night. It is indeed a beautiful view.- All the furniture, art and kitchen stuff felt more like a home than a rental place. Good taste, but not pretentious.- Very responsive host, daily check ins over the course of our week there.

Spectacular view, lovely spacious rooms. Well worth it. The owner stayed in touch well through the VRBO messages board, however the property manager was hard to get a hold of.

Great location for exploring

We loved our time in Oaxaca and this apartment was a lovely space away from the bustle and noise downtown. Emily was a gracious and attentive host and helped us resolve two small issues quickly. The apartment has very basic kitchen equipment and dishes but is spacious with a lovely view. The location can’t be beat!

You will be in a nice neighborhood with music and food options. Within in walking distance to the zocolo. Emily was always responsive to our requests. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hosts and spectacular apartment

The owner, his daughter, and wife were wonderful attentive hosts the apartment was truly lovely with an amazing view of the mountains. The garden and outdoor spaces are gorgeous; you're in walking distance to the Templo Santo Domingo (12 minutes on foot) along with proximity to amazing restaurants and shops. Would love to keep this place a secret but we owe this amazing family 5 stars for their attentiveness, great communication, and all around fabulous experience. We will definitely return to this magical home!

enjoyed our stay, lived up to expectations

found it a great spot to stay for 2 couples. nice outdoor space with view that was well used. comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, quiet at night. property mgr lives downstairs and was very responsive. only slight drawback was travel time to centro which we did not mind doing for the week we were there but something to be aware of.

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely place with a fabulous view. A bit of a walk from the center if you have mobility issues but absolutely not a dealbreaker as close to other nice neighborhoods and easy to grab a taxi for the walk home. It's worth it to have the view of the valley. The fabulous outside patio makes this a very nice place to stay. Apartment has a good layout and very comfortable. Emily and Camilo responded well to our inquiries and were very helpful and kind. We would return!

Nice Neighborhood Location a short walk from Centro

Conveniently located property, with a view, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Zocalo. Neighborhood includes a fabulous restaurant, Humito Cocina, which is maybe 2-3 minute walk from the apartment and features breakfast, dinner, and music in the evening several nights during the week. The walk from Centro back to the apartment is a bit up hill, but that serves to provide a beautiful evening view. The street in front was under repair during our stay, so we didn't bother with taxis. We easily walked all of Centro and several of the surrounding neighborhoods from our location. Fitness tracking reports that we walked nearly 45 miles during our 6 night stay. I loved the location and really enjoyed the independence of staying in an apartment and the feel of the local neighborhood. My spouse would perhaps have preferred more centrally located accommodations, particularly for evenings out. But we had no experience that caused any concern. And we really enjoyed getting to know Oaxaca.

A great place to stay in a very fun city.

We very much enjoyed the location and amenities of this property. The outdoor space is wonderful and the onsite property manager was responsive and pleasant to deal with. The kitchen is a little limited in terms of available cooking equipment which we appreciate is not necessarily a high priority for everyone.

Very spacious apartment in a awesome location. Anthony promptly replied to all questions. Sam the property manager is the best. Our friends stayed in the upstairs apartment with no complaints.

Beautiful view & kind people

The view from the balcony is amazing, sunset and the nighttime city lights are stunning. It’s also shaded during the day. This was my first time in Oaxaca City and I loved this location. It was about a 15/20 min walk to most restaurants and markets. Cabs were also easy to come by and inexpensive. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. They gave me app recommendations to make my trip easier and were very quick to answer all my questions. The space was very clean and came with filtered water. I was surprised that it gets so cold at night, and our hosts were kind enough to bring us extra blankets. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful home in Oaxaca

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed sitting on the terrace at night with the city lights twinkling on the mountains in front of us. Truly a panorama. Anthony and Sam were amazing to work with and were there to help us in any way that was needed. We were sad to leave and would return. Only caution would be for anyone who can’t make it up a long flight of stairs to get to the unit. We had no trouble.

Fine time in Oaxaca

Four of us thoroughly enjoyed a wonderfully fascinating city and Anthony’s place was the perfect headquarters for us. It was very comfortable and the delightful outdoor spaces allowed us to appreciate the great climate and beauty of Oaxaca.

Just perfect!

Our stay in the apartment was a delight from beginning to end. We just loved the flat. It is incredibly spacious and, due to its clever design, the outside areas seem to merge with the living room to enhance the feeling of space yet further. The apartment faces due south and so there is sun all day which was a happy bonus. As many others have commented the views from the terrace are mesmerising. The view is enhanced by the sounds of the neighbourhood below. These sounds were never intrusive but instead made us feel as though we truly felt part of the local neighbourhood. Everyone we met on our walks to the centre of the town were delightful and we were greeted by local residents with warmth and considerable courtesy. The flat is very well equipped and we were able to self cater with ease, finding specialised kitchen equipment which I would not normally expect in a holiday apartment; for example an electric juicer, a measuring jug, etc. The house was impeccably clean on our arrival and well provided for in terms of toiletries, kitchen paper etc. Anthony and his family could not have been more hospitable or helpful; they looked after our every need. If we had a query, Anthony's response was almost instantaneous. We particularly welcomed his flexibility about the checking in time and also providing a cot as we had a young baby with us. Our 15 days in the flat were indeed, "just perfect" and we would all like to extend our thanks to Anthony and his family.

Interesting neiborhood

The host and his wife were very helpful. We did not realize that the apartment would not be serviced/ cleaned during our stay. The apartment is in an interesting neighborhood. It’s a convenient walk down hill to the Cathedral and city center, but would be a challenge for those who have difficulty climbing hills or using steps. It provided a taste of local living with sounds of the gas supplier, drinking water supplier and local bread vendor calling out each morning. We didn’t realize that we were responsible for working directly with the drinking water vendor, but Anthony took care of us right away when we pointed out that we were out.. We learned upon arrival that we were to take the trash down to the street when we heard the trash truck. We never did hear the trash truck during our 6 days in the apartment. The apartment is in an area full of stray dogs. None of them troublesome except for their feces on sidewalks and streets. Watch where you walk. There is a cafe brujula just down the street for morning coffee and evening music. Very nice. The apartment kitchen was not really set up for use. The utensils and pans were tired and felt unclean. The listing had indicated a washer and dryer. When we asked about using them we were told that the washer might not work. There are fluff and fold services not too far from the apartment. We had problems with mosquitos each evenings, but enjoyed using the terrace. The apartment was just fine for our group.
