The flats are bright and modern. They all have a private terrace/balcony and offer beautiful views of the historic centre and the mountains. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. Air conditioning and heating. Bicycle parking is available. Just a few minutes' walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets and from the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Ca' due Olivi is the ideal starting point for many activities such as water sports, mountain biking, trekking and visits to the many attractions in the surroundings.

Each flat has its own outdoor seating area. The holiday home offers an idyllic setting: a beautiful courtyard with seating and a barbecue. A small, well-maintained wellness centre with a beauty parlour and hairdresser is also nearby. A bicycle shop rents bicycles and offers guided cycling and walking tours. In the vicinity you will also find numerous restaurants and bars, small souvenir and clothing shops, as well as numerous offers for recreational activities and water and sports in general. A few kilometres away you will also find golf courses and horse riding opportunities.
