This newly renovated, top-floor condo is the perfect mountain getaway whether you're here to visit the majestic local hot springs, ski the slopes of Mt. Werner, or just relax in a rejuvenating lodge-style home to experience some quality time with the family. The hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, reclaimed wood paneling accents, and modern furniture create a rustic and cozy space perfect for your pictures. Enjoy a view of the Yampa Valley with your morning coffee and the flood of sunshine from the skylights high above you in the vaulted ceilings as you energize for your day of adventure. Before heading out, be sure to fuel up with breakfast from the newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen and enjoy it at the breakfast bar or in the dining area while planning out your day. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or watch the sunset from the balcony to unwind before dinner. This home also recently had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those extra warm summer time days extra comfortable. This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Perfect for two couples and in a great location.

The room was very clean and plenty of room for two couples to stay comfortably. The staff was very friendly and responsive to any needs as well. I would 100% recommend staying at this location in the future

Awesome condo!

Great condo, walk or shuttle to slopes, easy access to Steamboat. Condo is set up well with cooking and living amenities. The beds are the best ever! This is a beautiful place to stay and we will certainly be back.

Great spot!

Very clean, wonderful mattress and bedding. Stocked kitchen and great views. Only downside is carrying everything from the lobby to our place and then up three flights of stairs.

Great Property

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, and our family of four had plenty of room. We were an easy walk to the mountain and took the free shuttle into town for some dinners. We'll definitely book this same unit again.

We had a two bedroom 2 bath unit and had everything we needed. Well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Refrigerator and freezer were also great. Rooms were spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back again

Wedding weekend

This property worked out perfectly for our group of five in town for a wedding at the resort. Kitchen was so well stocked. Would recommend possibly having some ziplocs, plastic wrap and foil available. The condo has a great layout and beautiful views. Also very conveniently located. Great spot!

The property was clean and well appointed. It was comfortable and just a little tight for six adults, with that said it was cozy. I would rent it again. Thank you all for being so accommodating.

Perfect mountain getaway

What a beautiful place on the mountain at Steamboat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the living area could not feel cozier at the end of the day around the fire. We loved cooking dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Beds were firm but comfortable. An easy walk to the gondola and we loved the hot tub at sunset. One note: the second bedroom faces the outside stairwell so can’t really leave window shades open. Not a problem for a family maybe, but if you’re two couples like we were, one definitely gets a better set up ;)

Condo in a great location but...

Easy to park and easy access to where you wanted to go. The property was not as clean as it should have been on arrival, visible grime on the bathroom floor and hair left in the shower. The king bed had a huge lump in it and was horribly uncomfortable. It took 15 minutes for the water to get hot on both the faucets and the shower. When we called the provided front desk number to voice our concerns about that, the man was extremely rude and claimed to not know what property we were at even though we gave him the unit number. It is a shame that the property management really hurt this listing.

Fine location; cheap supplies

This property was average - did not live up to prior reviews, in our opinion. Yes, cathedral ceiling is nice and furniture looks updated. It is a few blocks to the mountain base - manageable in ski boots. But the pictures make the condo seem much bigger than it actually is. The beds were incredibly hard; even our kids noticed how uncomfortable they were. Bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, soap/shampoo were all of lowest, cheapest quality. Though a full kitchen is advertised, there are zero cooking basics like vinegar, oil, seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. Two tiny, single load boxes of Tide are provided for the stacked W/D. I asked for more as we are a family of 5 and stayed multiple days in ski season. Though the response was prompt via text, the property manager declined to offer more and said we would need to provide our own. Have never had this stingy of a VRBO before. Would not stay again.
