This spacious, family-friendly condo is located within walking distance of the area's finest shopping and dining experiences. As an added bonus, guests who book Kutuk 308 will also be welcome to utilize the ski-in and walk-out trails to the slopes when your vacation is all about downhill fun! Inside, Kutuk 308 provides guests with a cozy layout that includes all of the features of home that you crave. The living room is finished with plush furnishings situated in front of a gas fireplace, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to stream in. When it's time to cook up something delicious for your crew, take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the six-person dining table. And for those that value time spent in the open air, make your way out to the shared balcony, or check out the shared sundeck with its two hot tubs and an outdoor grilling area.

Fantastic location, super easy to access the slopes and village. Loved the easy shuttle to town as well. Nice to have garage parking although it is an extra fee, but worth it. We arrived late and after hours check in was simple. We will be back!

Great Location

Walking distance to skiing, we hardly had to drive during our three days. Vacasa provided shuttle service to downtown, very convenient for going out for a few adult beverages. Highly recommend this unit.

Family time

Only issue was one of us sat on the queen bed when we first arrived and it collapsed and was very sketchy so we left mattress on floor the rest of the trip. Place was clean and comfortable.

Condo is nice but…

I enjoyed the condo, the location is great, it was clean, staff is helpful. Only problem with the place are the stairs. If you plan on packing a bunch for family… you have several flights of narrow stairs to climb. Parking garage was very nice as well.

We always try availability at Kutuk first. We have had only good experiences. Great location of course. Large condos for a ski Mtn. And the management team at Kutuk is stellar in all phases of our stay. Pre-checkin, checkin, questions during stay, and checkout.

Awesome location with all the amenities you need

The location is awesome, very walkable to the slopes (even with a 5 year old). The heated garage was amazing since we had over a foot of snow while we were there. The hot tubs also great coming back from the slopes. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so if accessibility is an issue, I'd recommend a different unit. This unit had two twin beds and attached bathroom at the top floor (along with two twin blow-up mattresses), a primary bedroom with a king and primary bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed (or maybe double bed?) and a bathroom that was shared with the common space. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay (just a weekend) and there were a ton of games to entertain the kids.

Awesome location and perfect for our family!

We booked just a few days before our trip after deciding not to stay at a hotel! So glad we did! The location is easy walking to fun restaurants and bars near the main ski area. We are a family with 3 boys, and the space and bathrooms were perfect for us. Coming from Texas we were nervous about not having AC, but to our surprise, there was a unit in the master and second bedroom on the second floor. Lots of fans and humidifiers as well. We slept great! Kitchen well stocked with all of the needs for cooking, bathrooms offered soaps and shampoos, and the patio has a nice view of the creek below and the gondolas to the mountains. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our decision to borrow this home for our family vacation! Thank you!

Great location with an additional workout

The condo was perfect for 6. One couple and 4 friends. We never felt like we were stepping on each other. However, the step down into the dining room is a doozy. We placed the garbage can there to prevent anyone else from falling. The walk to the snow was not bad at all and the ski in was great. The steps to the third floor are definitely a workout and it never gets easier. But, that was the only downside. The condo could have been equipped with kitchen cookware to cook for 6 but we made do with what was there. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was an added bonus! I would recommend this unit to others.

Great skiing location. Small trail to ski right to condo. Walk across street to Tbar to get back on slope. Vacasa shuttle was super convenient to get around town. 3rd floor had great views and plenty of room for our family but those stairs are tough after a long day on the slopes.

Convenient to the Hill & Comfortable

Walk out about 200 yards to the hill, ski back within 50 yards. Ski locker and shoe service made skiing very convenient. Space is well appointed and generally well stocked. Dishwasher needed repair. No detergent for the washer, but hard to find fault beyond that. The stairs will humble you but the pitched ceilings.make it all very. Comfortable.

Almost ski in

This condo was very comfortable and well located off of ski time square. Walking distance to the slopes and a number of restaurants and shopping. The parking in covered which is nice during the frequent snow falls. The staff (Ryan) at the check in desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. While it is a short walk out to the slopes, it is almost ski in but you need to carefully look for the sign directing you to the condos. The only negative is that there are no elevators and this makes it a little difficult when you are on the top floor.

Worth the three flights of stairs!

Great space with beautiful views. Well appointed kitchen. They even had a slow cooker! We will definitely stay again. Ned’s were so comfortable and the amenities including an enclosed parking garage were all in great shape, clean and well appointed!
