Great place for family!

Layout of this home is perfect for fsmily as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen/dining is open to the living area which makes it nice for being together. Location is also great!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Very clean and good location. Very nice place to stay. Living room is nice and comfortable. Big frig, counter ice maker, and nice setup in the kitchen. It will be on our list when we return next winter

Great weekend getaway for golf

We were in town for a kids golf tournament and found this gem. Wish we would have more time to enjoy the space! There is everything you need in the kitchen, a foosball table and punching bag in the garage, a basketball hoop, board games, lots of living room seating and enough space for a family of 5 and grandparents. My only complaint and I wouldn't really call it a complaint but maybe a suggestion, non stick pans would make cooking and cleanup so much better! Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit. Thank you!

Nice place, Impossible to get a hold of property owner

Good place to stay, not far from Wolf creek. Could not get in tonight with property managers about an item left. Messaged and called the company but have never got an answer from them.

Comfortable Stay

This home was generally well-appointed and comfy. Pros: We loved the short drive to Treasure Falls. The highlight of our weekend! The fireplace in the living room was lovely to watch in the morning with a cup of coffee. The kids really enjoyed the small stream right behind the driveway as well as the large open pasture area behind the house. Cons: The hot water heater was not working properly. Only one person could take a 5 minute shower before it ran out. We had a maintenance man come out and replace one of the heating elements but it did nothing to improve how long the water lasted. We had to time our night routine just right with 5 adults and 2 babies. The listing says there are no baby beds but a pack-n-play is provided within the master bedroom closet.

Nice house and location

It was conveniently located in town and the house itself was clean, the trash cans were full in the garage on our arrival on a Tuesday and the response we received was trash day for the property is Monday ;( The beds were teriibly uncomfortable for everyone in our group in all rooms, they were hard as a rock or the queen/full caved in in the middle. The water in the master bath wouldn't stay warm so there were a lot of cold showers in December ;( maintenance came to check while we weren't there as response for slow and we had an appointment later in the afternoon. The diagnosis was the faucets all ran hot for him and the water heater is small, so stagger showers and give it at least an hour in between to fill up. Kind of a deal breaker for 8 people after snow skiing all day 🤷🏼‍♀️ we had told them it started hot and went cold in after a bit, then all master sinks and shower stayed cold for awhile...

Good Stay

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this lovely, modern home. Pros: Great location! House was clean and well maintained and clean, convenient garage was full of bbq grills, games, a wheelchair ramp Full amenities (a pair of scissors would be helpful) Nicely decorated Comfy master bed Allowed pets Great mountain views and good for walks in the well maintained neighborhood Cons: Needs A/C. It gets hot in Colorado! Needs K-cup coffee maker We had quick text response from Vacasa, when the TV went out and repairman was there shortly. Make sure you let them know what time you leave on checkout day for housekeeping to come. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to spend more time in this lovely home and town.

Great house, poor service.

Home was great, though they provided the absolute cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. There was no Directv, even though it was listed in the owners book at the property. Maintenance should have put garbage up until day of pickup. On arrival, and second night, animals scattered trash over driveway and street. There was a clearly broken drinking glass put up in the cabinet, and an open bottle of red wine left in the wine exchange. The king size bed has a huge rustic log frame and is very difficult to get in or out of. Couldn't use overhead fan in that bedroom since it was directly over the bed and hard to reach pull chain. The home was lovely, the setting very nice, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Good for walking. We would say that maintenance was the weak point.

Great House bad customer service

The house was nice and set up was convenient. The only thing was that the hot water heater wasn't working and we all got cold showers. That was at 10am. We didn't hear back from customer service until 4pm. And they said they would send someone out. No one contacted us until the next day when we had already checked out. Luckily we figured it out on our own later that day. But terrible response time from vacasa.

It does have everything you need for a stay in either winter or summer. It was clean and a good location. A few adjustments to the bedding sheets and it’s great!

Loved the garage as a gathering place. Loved the bunk bed room We stayed in July so it was really warm in the afternoons. Heat would be much less if there were window shades on the west windows in the dining room. No extra TP! Just a small inconvenience! Overall a great home to vacation in! We’ll be back!

Carroll’s Place in South Fork

Spacious, well-appointed home in beautiful South Fork. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a creek and a natural area behind. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and loads of activities. Each room was clean and well-appointed with necessities. Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly, and appliances and plumbing were well-maintained. Plenty of fresh, clean towels and kitchen supplies. We loved having a garage, but watch your step when you go there from inside of the house. The rail to the garage door is very close to the steps and my family member had a hard hit the first day. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely consider this property on our next trip there.

Great Base for Fishing and Hiking Vacation

The house was as described with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Enjoyed the location and quick access up into the National Forest for fishing and hiking. Check in and out were easy.
