We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip!

Beautiful tiny house and very well kept. We were bummed that the beach was rocky and not sandy therefore we did not use it as much as we were hoping. We did enjoy the hot tub. This place is very conveniently located to be in the city quickly or enjoying farm country.

This house was such a fun experience for my daughter and I! We loved the hot tub and the cozy fireplace in the living room. The place was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could need. The only issue I had was with the front door - I had trouble opening it and had to call in for help, then once I got in the alarm went off and I didn’t know how to turn it off. I was then a little paranoid that the alarm would go off again. Overall it was a great night! Thank-you!

A beautiful tiny home very clean, a great layout and the place had pretty much anything that you needed for your stay. Not sure exactly what classifies as beach access. There is a set of stairs that takes you right down to the water. Now we went in the spring and the water is high so if there is a beach, it is underwater currently, from what I can tell, it is very rocky. I would recommend this rental to friends and family. Just be aware. This is a tiny home. The bedroom is in the loft area that might be an issue for very tall people. I will say we did feel like we have plenty of space.

The property was very clean looked nice. We learned our lesson with ‘tiny homes’ during this trip. The bed being in a loft that requires guests to crawl down a hallway was an issue for us. It was just an unpleasant experience at the end of a long day. The home was very well stocked with all sorts of nice touches. The hot tub water was way out of balance. We always bring test strips with us, and there was no chlorine in the tub. Thankfully the house stocked numerous hot tub chemicals and we had the water better balanced by our second day. The house is in a funky neighborhood. Accessing the lake feels like you’re walking through the neighbors yard. There is no lake view from the house which was a bummer. It seemed like there might be from the listing. It was still nice to see the lake when we arrived at and left the house.I don’t imagine the owners/managers could do more to make this place any nicer. Our issues were mainly with the neighborhood and tiny houses in general. The house was clean and well stocked. The 10 digit door code was a bit much. 5 digits would have been just as secure but easier.

The place was enjoyable the neighbors interacted with my family more than we would have wished and the stairs going upstairs was way too steep from my wife. She’s very fit. She’s 50 years old even my 24-year-old daughter had difficult with the stairs.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this rental. The tiny house is clean, quiet, well-equipped, and conveniently located near Burlington, the bike trail, and the lake. We especially enjoyed the sauna and appreciated the peaceful setting.There are a few things future guests should know. As expected in a tiny house, space is limited, but the ceilings are extremely low in some areas—about 4 feet over the bed and roughly 4'8" in the office space—which may be challenging for taller guests. Storage is also limited, with no closet and only a small wardrobe.The kitchen was generally well stocked, although there were only two forks available. The oven controls rely on icons rather than clear labels, making it difficult to identify the standard bake setting.The washer/dryer was our biggest frustration. Clothes never fully dried during the wash-and-dry cycle and always needed to be hung up afterward. Each cycle also took several hours, which could be inconvenient for longer stays.Access requires both a 10-digit door code and a separate 4-digit alarm code. The TV setup could use attention as well—we couldn't get the sound bar working, adjust the volume, or find a charger for the remote.The outdoor amenities were enjoyable, though there was only one paddle board. If you plan to swim, bring water shoes because the shoreline is quite rocky. We also noted that the first stair step is unusually high and could be difficult for guests with mobility limitations.
