Hi Greg, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and appreciated the cleanliness of the space. That said, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the bed comfort and lack of customer service. We take this seriously and are working to improve both communication and overall guest comfort. Your input is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Rebecca. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful location and found the home to be immaculate with a stunning view. It’s always our goal to provide guests with a wonderful stay in a great setting. At the same time, we’re truly sorry that the communications from our team and the interactions with the neighbor affected your overall experience. We understand how these situations can feel intrusive, and we apologize if our outreach came across as harassing. Please know that we must be firm in enforcing the rules around occupancy and parking to protect the integrity of the neighborhood and ensure a positive experience for all guests and neighbors alike. As you mentioned, even a small slip-up can have a significant impact on the community, which is why we take these matters seriously. We appreciate your cooperation in addressing the occupancy and parking concerns during your stay. We also want to acknowledge that our local team did attempt to reach out prior to making direct contact, and we’re sorry if some messages were not received—this was beyond their control. Our intention is always to communicate clearly and respectfully while ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
