Designed for larger families and groups, this 6-bedroom home delivers elevated gathering spaces, private suites, and an unbeatable Deer Valley location for a seamless year-round getaway.

The main-level great room sets the tone with soaring ceilings, exposed timber beams, and a dramatic stone fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views over Deer Valley's Snow Park Base, bringing the outdoors in. Plush seating surrounds a brand-new 83” Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Perfect Retreat!

We had such a great time! The home is stunning, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for both relaxation and fun. We loved gathering in the great room by the fireplace, enjoying the game room, and unwinding in the hot tub. Every detail was perfect, and the location made exploring Deer Valley and Park City effortless. An unforgettable getaway—we can't wait to return!

Great Home! Awesome Vacation

We loved our stay here! The views of Deer Valley are incredible, and the home is super spacious. Such a great setup for a large family gathering. It was amazing this summer, but we can't wait to come back in the winter and ski DV! Can only imagine those views with snow. In addition, Mountain West Vacation Rentals was awesome - super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would highly recommend this home!

The Oaks 85

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for an amazing stay. The Views are simply stunning. Probably some of the best views in Park City. The people at Mountain West are very helpful. Definitely would recommend making your vacation the best by staying at Deer Valley The Oaks 85!!!!

Awesome Visit

Our group absolutely loved this home! It had the perfect balance of cozy mountain lodge charm and modern upgrades, making it feel both welcoming and luxurious. The living room with its big fireplace and views was the perfect spot to relax after skiing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. The bedrooms were spacious and private, and the game room was a huge hit with both kids and adults. The hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the day. The location was super convenient to Deer Valley and Main Street, yet still felt quiet and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The property was wonderful! Until the fridge didn't work. A replacement mini fridge was delivered about 8 hours later, but we did have to throw out about 150 worth of food that had spoiled over night.
