Large shared pool plus splash pools right outside the door. Private, pretty garden with terrace furniture, sun loungers and large BBQ. Fully equipped including English TV channels, radio, DVD, CD player and wireless Internet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and juicer/blender. Log burning fire. This is a spacious house that is equipped for full time living, not with just the essentials for holiday lets. Comfortable beds, books, puzzles and games - a home from home. Perfect for families and couples in summer or winter.

Javea is made up of three different areas, the Arenal beachfront, the Port and the Old Town.
The Arenal Beachfront is a curved sandy beach with a promenade flanked by shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for families, the beach is safe, clean and spacious.
The Port area also has a beach, bars and restaurants along with the Marina where the fishermen bring in the daily catch. This area has a very different feel to that of the Arenal Beach.
The Old Town of Javea is the traditional centre with narrow streets dominated by the 15th century church. This is real Spain with tapas bars, the market square and of course the weekly market..

Around Javea there are many beaches and coves to visit, watersports, horseriding, golf, crazy golf, young childrens fairground, go karting, tennis, walking.... the list goes on.

A Lovely place to stay

Myself & family stayed at this house in Feb 08, where we had a fantastic time. The location is great as it's just a short walk to the Arenal Beach where there a number of restaurants, shops etc. The children loved the pool (we were lucky with the weather!!) there is eveything you need in the house, even a few toys for the children to play with. It's very spacious, clean & we were very impressed with it.

El alojamiento es perfecto. Nos alojamos 6 personas y fenomenal. Muy limpio. A 10 minutos de la playa de arena y justo enfrente una de rocas. Piscina a pie de alojamiento. casa muy acogedora, cómoda y bien ubicada.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, la casa es muy amplia y cómoda, suficientemente amueblado (en nuestro caso solo éramos tres) y dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. El jardín está puesto con gusto y muy bien cuidado.

The best option for families with children

We spent a week in the bungalow with our son, and it was perfect. It was very clean & confortable. The location couldn't be better: just 300m away from the restaurants, bars and cafes, 100m away from the beach, and in the complex in front of the pool in a very quiet area. It has a great terrace with a barbecue. The communication with Sue was excellent, and she was willing to help at all the time. We will be back next year for sure!

Perfect family holiday

We had a perfect relaxing family holiday in this lovely house. The house is spacious and with all commodities. The pool is quite large and most of the time we were the only ones there. A very quiet area, but very close to all you would want of restaurants, bars, beach etc. And only a short drive (or a good walk if it is not too hot) from the charming historic centre of Jàvea..not that much to see, but a nice atmosphere, and very different from the area where the house is located. We wanted a time to relax and spend time together, and these were the perfect surroundings.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sue's place, the place is in great shape, very clean and comfortable. Good Internet connection and plenty of satellite TV channels. Nice garden area with plenty of privacy. Sue was great helping us getting arrangements in place for our visit and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We stayed as a family of four with great comfort. I hope to stay again another time and would recommend if visiting the Javea area.

Fabulous Hoilday Home

Having just returned from one week at Sue's holiday home in June 2017. We loved every minute we were there, most days we had the pool to ourselves, which is just a few strides away from the front door. We would have our lunch out there on Sue's sun beds watching my grandson in the pool, and the garden is also a lovely place to sit and eat. The house is kept really well, having everything you would require. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, you do not move all night, truly unbelievable and having aircon is always a bonus. It is a large house in well kept gardens and gated grounds. It is just a short walk to Arenal beach, taking just 10 minutes as I have a problem walking. In Arenal you will find lots of really good Restaurants, stores and market stalls with lots of things to look at and while away the evening. I would also like to say that Sue was great to deal with, we changed our dates twice due to family commitments and nothing was to much trouble for her. Anyone booking this house will not be disappointed as all you will need is food,everything else is there. Diane fisher.

Always comes up to expectations

As we said in May this is perfect Home from Home. Everything in the villa is always kept spotless and comfortable. A short walk to the main beach or a large communal pool which is never crowded just outside the front door. Certainly a lovely lovely place to relax and enjoy.

As always everything was spotless. Steve and Sheila keep the villa immaculate and Sue makes sure your stay is really comfortable. The adult pool and 3 children's paddling pools have been completely overhauled and everything is ready for the sun !!

The best holidays ever!

We started visiting this villa in 2001 and have been back every year and lately in May and September. It is such a lovely place to stay quiet and yet very near to the beach and town. Sue keeps adding new items and Sheila keeps it spotless. End of our month now can't wait for May 2016.

Holiday bliss

We have rented holigay accommodation for the last 40 years or so allover Europe, but have never enjoyed a stay as much as this one. The bungalow was everything you could possibly wish for.Thanks to Sue the owner and Sheila the housekeeper, two very nice people to talk to. We really did not want to tell all in this review, in case we were unable to book again owing to its popularity, but just had to say how pleased we were. Many thanks again Sue.

Perfect house in an idyllic location

I enjoyed a wonderful week at this house in May my first impressions of the property were that it was set in a perfect location . The house is decorated to a high standard very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you would need the garden is beautiful And well kept and secluded I enjoyed a sunny breakfast on the patio and sunbathed on the loungers the front of the house was perfect for relaxing around the pool The beach and restaurants was a short stroll from the property and had a good selection of shops A perfect holiday for everyone The owner was very helpful when booking I can't wait to return

Gorgeous house, location, fantastic holiday

I had the most fabulous time at sues house. I've stayed there three times now and hope to go again very soon. The house and garden are lovely. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is beautiful and never busy. Its only a short walk to a lovely beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. I would recommend a stay at sues house to anyone and cant wait for my next trip there.

Wonderful Holiday Home

We have stayed here a few times before and it is always of such a high standard. It really is like a home from home being furnished to su h a high standard and having extra touches not normally associated with holiday rentals in our experience. The beds are really comfortable and the air conditioning was very helpful. It was lovely to be able to step out the house and into the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time and the privacy of the garden was great and also very well used by us together with the BBQ. The location of the house is really good. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect. Have itself is a lovely place which retains some Spanish charm and it has some nice restaurants. We will definitely be going back. We would highly recommend staying at Golden Paradise 11.

My late husband and myself bought this house as our home from home and our four daughters loved their holidays there as children. Now they go back every year with their own children. I rent the house out year round and enjoy maintaining it with the help of my good friend who lives nearby. My so called "holidays" there are always spent with a paintbrush in my hand in between trips to the garden centre to replace plants in my endeavor to keep the garden looking attractive.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

To answer the question "why this property?" I think my reviews answer that question.
I can add that I have so many returning guests that there is only space for around 4 - 5 new ones throughout each year (myself and my family only take up 6 - 7 weeks over the course of a year ). I think maybe to sum it up, it is Location, comfort and amenities within the house that make it appealing together with a reasonable rental price. When I purchase something, within reason, I try not to work on the theory that "it will do for a rental property".

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is so close to the pool. There is no need to carry bags and chairs to it. Just put your drink in your hand, lay back and enjoy. However, if you just want to sit in the greenery of the private garden , you can do that to.
