Welcome to Deer Valley Snow Park 1683, a three-level townhome in Lower Deer Valley's Lakeside community. Vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a quiet residential setting make it easy to settle in after a day on the mountain, and the lifts are a short walk from the front door.

Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge is about a quarter mile away, close enough to walk in your ski boots or catch the free resort shuttle. Historic Main Street's dining, shopping and nightlife are about a mile away on the free Park City bus. Most guests park the car in the garage and leave it there.

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for nine, the home works well for families and for small groups who want their own space without giving up a central location.

The Space

Main Level: The open living area centers on a gas fireplace under vaulted ceilings and flows into the kitchen and a dining table that seats 10. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners.

Lower Level: Two en suite bedrooms give the adults their own floor.

Top Level: A bunk room is a favorite with kids.

Perfect condo for family ski trip

We stayed here with our family for a February ski trip. The location was very convenient to Deer Valley Snow Park base — the shuttle worked well and we could also walk. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 5, and the pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable accommodations with gorgeous (communal) outdoor pool and hot tub. Very convenient with attached garage that leads directly in to lower level. Well appointed! Would definitely return

Great location - perfect for family outing

This location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley for a family. Available shuttle service, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, plenty of room to spread out, multiple bathrooms, pool and hot tub, and very clean. Would definitely recommend to other family/friends and stay there again! Great communication before, during and after our stay.

Great location and pool

The property was very clean and met the needs of our family of seven. The bedrooms are on three different levels, which worked well for us. The location was great, as we were able to bike and walk to dinner (1-1/2 mile each way). The pool was a big hit with our kids.

So pleased w all the space in the condo which worked great for our family… Furnished beautifully & great location… Has all the amenities and kitchen was so well stocked w anything you need.. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable.. highly recommend!!!!!

Location location location

We (2 families of 4) stayed over new years and the condo was perfect. The shuttle was incredibly convenient to get to and from the mountain and we were able to walk to the St Regis and town as well. Plenty big enough for all of us and the hot tub and pool were great.

Great condo with all the amenities. Location is perfect for DV. There is a super convenient shuttle to take you to/from the DV mountain. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Outstanding Home in Amazing Location

First time in Park City/Deer Valley in the summer and this place could not be in a better location. We walked to Deer Valley resort and several times into town. The house was clean, well appointed and very spacious. We can't wait to go back.

Deer Valley: Perfect for Families

This Deer Valley townhouse's location is unbeatable - walking distance to the Snow Park Lodge and a quick drive/shuttle ride to Main Street. The four-bedroom layout offered ample space, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything for staying in a cooking great meals. The owner thoughtfully stocked the home with essentials and even extras like games and kids supplies. We'll be sure to stay there again!

Great place for family get together

We planned a family get together and this unit was perfect. It had everything including a playpen for our 2-year old grandson. Very clean and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The location worked great for skiing and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Thank you for all the memories we made.

convenient, clean, and plenty of room for a family

the location could not be beat, the shuttle came right to your door to snow park lodge which was just down the block. the condo was clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The garage fit our suburban and there was an easy catchall space to put on our boots. we had a great stay
