Rainier Retreat is located in a peaceful private residential community governed by MPOA. Please help us maintain a relaxing environment for neighbors and guests.


NOISE

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Please keep noise indoors during quiet hours
• Excessive noise is prohibited at any time

PARKING

• Keep all tires off the road
• Do not block fire hydrants or neighboring driveways
• Park only in designated areas or approved overflow parking
• Buses, campers, and RVs are not permitted on roads or driveways

OUTDOOR FIRES

• No unattended fires
• Fire pit use is prohibited during quiet hours
• Fire pits and grills may be temporarily restricted during local fire conditions

ALCOHOL

• No open containers on roads or common areas

SMOKING

• Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property grounds (including all decks and outdoor living spaces) is strictly prohibited and subject to a $500 fee

PETS

• No pets allowed

AGE REQUIREMENT

• The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old

TRASH

• Due to active local mountain wildlife, trash must never be left outdoors. Guests are kindly required to dispose of trash at the nearby MPOA community dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Dr. McGaheysville, VA 22840

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, including the hot tub, sauna, game lounge, outdoor gathering spaces, EV charger, driveway parking, and all indoor/outdoor amenities.
