Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beachfront condo. This first-floor unit offers ocean views, two private balconies, and an open layout kitchen/living area. You will have private parking, elevator access and gated entry to the oceanfront pool--just steps from the beach. Our beautiful, family-owned and managed condo is just steps from the beach. The ocean side pool has lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. We have plenty of beach amenities-beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, plus more to make your time at the beach comfortable and enjoyable while you make memories with your friends and family. Beach towels included!

We are within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and bars, coffee shops and shopping. We have lots of amazing golf courses in the area so make sure you bring your clubs.

There is a large kitchen area for all your cooking needs attached to the dining room and living area so you are never far from the rest of your group. We have included all the basic necessities for cooking as well as spices and oils. There is a coffeemaker with local coffee available for your stay!

The master bedroom has its own balcony to enjoy the ocean views. It has an attached bath with walk in shower and jetted tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included.

The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunkbed and easy access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The living room has an attached balcony to spend your mornings drinking coffee and listening to the ocean. There is a smart TV and a sleeper sofa in this room. We have lots of board games and card games for family game nights!

The sitting room, which is attached to the dining room, has a daybed with a pop up trundle making it double sized sleeping area. The floor to ceiling windows make it a great spot to relax and unwind while watching the ocean waves.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your stay. We have included laundry detergent for any laundry needs that may arise.

This beautiful condo is our 2nd home and we have applied extra care and thought into the cleanliness and upkeep. We appreciate that our guests will appreciate and honor our desire to keep it that way. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!
