Good Place to Stay

It was clean, easy check-in, good location and had everything inside the apartment needed. Only one minor complaint is that there was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen and the satellite tv should have clear instructions for people to figure out. But it was not a big deal since we were out exploring the area and only home in the morning and at night.

House was clean and met all our needs. It is really close to a bus 901 stop if you take the Starnberg stop off the train. From Starnberg North the bus stop is a little further of a walk. The buses do not run 24 hours so pay attention to how late they run. There is a great Croatia restaurant just a few houses down that served great food and nice owners. Highly recommend eating there.

Tatsächlich hätten wir für den Preis mehr erwartet. Das Haus ist an einigen Stellen Sanierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit ließ für deutschen Standard sehr zu wünschen übrig. Leider hatten wir keinen Wohlfühleffekt. L

Transport en commun proche de starnberg pour rejoindre munich . Commerces accessibles à pied. A noter qu une chambre est en sous sol.

Nice Property, but needs work!

Nice Property, but it does need updating! The walkway up to the house is in poor shape & very dark at night, my husband even added some extra pavers to make it safer for walking, it also needs at least solar lights to be safe at night! We also thought we would have a washer & dryer, the washer is dangerous, it has an open top & no dryer! When asked about the dryer, we were told, we were not promised an electronic dryer, so we had to hang all of our clothes up to dry inside & outside as the weather permitted! We did not find a Laundromat in the area! The south facing Living room had one of the roller shades broken, but no Curtain or other shade was in place for privacy or shade! We also had issues with the trash, the trash cans were overflowing the first 2 weeks we were there, it was finally addressed the last week of our stay! Per Rebecca, the owner is not planning on updating anything with this property until next year, so I would not expect any changes!

Kommunikation Katastrophe, kurzfristige Preiserhöhung, Sauberkeit ok, Teile der Wohnung beschädigt

Wir haben mit 6 Personen über Silvester in diesem Haus gewohnt. Der Zustand war an sich in Ordnung, bis auf abgeplatze Rolladengurte, eine Lose Küchenschrankwand und der Esstisch hat höchstens die Größe für 4 Erwachsene. Woe da bis zu 8 Personen Platz nehmen sollen laut Inserat ist mir Schleierhaft. WLAN Passwort bekamen wir erst auf Anfrage. Dass man im Keller den Boiler anschalten muss um warmes Wasser zu kriegen wird nirgends beschrieben. Da sind wir von anderen Objekten einen Flyer oder einen Zettel gewohnt welcher in der Wohnung liegt. Bei den ebenfalls spät über WhatsApp übermittelten Rufnummern und Notrufnummern haben wir nie jemanden erreicht bzw. es wurde nicht ran gegangen. Absolut unterirdisch. Das schlimmste kommt erst noch, das Haus war für den gebuchten Zeitraum für 640 Euro inseriert. Nach der Reservierung und Buchung wurde der Preis auf 900 Euro erhöht mit der Begründung dass das Haus über Silvester teurer ist. Auch diese Antwort kam erst nach zwei Tagen, auf unsere Nachfrage hin. Alles in allem ist das Haus in Ordnung aber die Kommunikation und die Bereitstellung von Informationen wie WLAN, Boiler, wo der Schlüssel ist etc. sind absolut unterirdisch. Alleine aus diesem Grund können wir dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.
