In a preferred, relaxing residential location on a ridge above the village. The residential road ends at the holiday home, and you can enjoy a wide view of meadows and olive groves in all directions. The garden offers plenty of space to play and relax in the sun and shade, a large covered terrace invites you to enjoy all your meals outdoors.

Beautiful bathing bays approx. 1,800 m away await you on the lakeshore with gently sloping pebble beaches that are also suitable for children.
Bright and partly strong colours and high-quality modern furnishings characterise this holiday home by private owner on Lake Garda. Light tiled floors and lovingly designed decorative elements such as art photos of the surroundings in black and white blend harmoniously into the overall picture. The landlords are very quality-oriented. A few steps lead to the covered terrace with access to the inviting living area, with seating groups in light colours and the modern well-equipped eat-in kitchen.
A hallway connects the living area with one of the two double bedrooms, with views of the greenery to the south, the twin bedroom facing the garden to the west and the upstairs bathroom with shower.
From the living area, stairs lead down to the basement, with child safety locks. A hallway leads to the combined bedroom/hobby room with double bed and is lit from outside by large light wells. In L-shaped studio character, the double bed is set off by a comfortable TV games corner as well as foosball table and board games.
Next to it is the second bathroom with shower.
Domus Felix is suitable for small and large families as well as for couples of friends. Holidaymakers with wheelchairs have had positive experiences.

The town of San Felice del Benaco offers plenty of variety and is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Garda, ideal for exploring both sides of the lake and the famous towns in the surrounding area. The mountain lakes to the west of Lake Garda are also just a stone's throw away.
The holiday home is recommended all year round.
Two parking spaces within the fenced property are available for your vehicles. Bikes that you bring with you can be locked up.
