Please note:
- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
- Occupancy must remain within the maximum guest limit. No parties or unauthorized guests are permitted, as this may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but must be conducted more than 15 feet from the property and all cigarette waste must be properly disposed of before departure.
- Feminine products and wet wipes should not be flushed to avoid plumbing issues and possible additional charges.
- Pet fee: $150 | Maximum of 1 dog allowed.
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. Please do not park on the grass.
- Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be securely bagged and tied.
- After booking, you will receive a link to complete the required check-in form and rental agreement to finalize your reservation.
