The Space:
Inside, the open-concept space provides a unique and comfortable area to relax and gather, blending tranquil simplicity with upscale amenities. The yurt features a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and Lake Michigan stone shower, and an inviting living area complete with a wood-burning stove, oversized sectional, and dining space ideal for games and evening meals.

Outside, a spacious deck invites you to enjoy morning yoga, coffee with a view, grilling your fresh catch, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Guests can often spot paragliders from the nearby Greenpoint Flyers Association soaring overhead, along with frequent wildlife sightings of bald eagles, porcupines, deer, migrating monarchs, and the occasional black bear.

The Location:
Outdoor adventure is abundant in every season in Northern Michigan. Hike through towering dunes and hardwood forests, mountain bike winding singletrack trails, kayak crystal-clear inland lakes and rivers, or spend the day beach combing for Petoskey stones along Lake Michigan’s shoreline. Please note there is NO direct beach access from the property itself. Public beach access points are located just a short drive away.

Located just off scenic M-22, the iconic 116-mile route is a premier destination for avid cyclists. Anglers can chase trout, salmon, and steelhead on the nearby Betsie River, while golfers are just minutes from legendary courses like Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club and Crystal Downs Country Club. In warmer months, float the scenic Platte River for a relaxing experience the whole family will enjoy, or try kiteboarding, surfing, or paddleboarding at Frankfort Beach. Winter transforms the area into a snow-covered wonderland, with downhill skiing at Crystal Mountain and endless trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat-tire biking.
