Unit 417 is a fourth-floor Maritime Lake View suite with a modern aesthetic and a thoughtfully designed layout. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, gray vinyl plank flooring, a TV, and a walk-in closet with space for luggage and hanging storage. The guest bedroom offers three queen beds, including a queen-over-queen bunk bed and an additional queen bed, along with carpeted flooring, a TV, and a standard closet. An additional Murphy bed provides extra sleeping flexibility.
The suite includes two full bathrooms and one half bath. The primary bathroom offers a shower/tub combination, while the second full bath features a walk-in shower. A stackable washer and dryer are located within the unit for added convenience.
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, with dining seating for three and bar seating for two. The living area provides seating for six to seven guests, a 65” smart TV with streaming, and a comfortable space to gather. Step out onto the lake-view balcony, furnished with seating for four, to enjoy views of Bay Harbor. Elevator access and a stair-free layout make this suite easily accessible
