Other things to note
We HIGHLY encourage you to carry travel insurance anytime you travel BUT please know June 1st to November 30th is Hurricane season and we do NOT offer refunds (outside of our refund policy)unless there is a mandatory evacuation for our Zone D

We have an exterior front door security camera ( Ring Doorbell). We also have a security flood ligh camera on the right side of the garage to monitor the front walk way/agarge and one on the left the monitors the backyard gate and driveway.

Families with children and infants are welcome. Please note the home is not childproofed, and adult supervision is required at all times.

Propane grill is provided. The tank may need to be refilled during your stay. There is a WAWA and a Publix about a mile away where it can be refilled.

There are 6 beaches on the island and ton of room. While each one of Anna Maria's beaches; Cortez, Holmes, Bradenton, Manatee, Coquina and Bean Point
Public Beach offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and a chance to see playful dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, and even stingrays.

Note: Manatee & Coquina Beaches offer public restrooms, concession, changing room, beach valley ball, picnic area and lifeguards.

Neighborhood Rules

Sound that is audible beyond the property lines of the vacation rental unit is regulated by the city's noise ordinance and that violation of the noise ordinance could result in fines to the occupants

Dogs which are not within a fenced area must be on leash pursuant to county ordinance, and failure to adhere to such requirements could result in fines.

Recreational vehicles, boats & trailers may not be parked on the property.
