The landlords of the holiday homes, a family of civil engineers, are passionate hobby gardeners. This is reflected in the beautifully landscaped garden and in the names of the flats.

The solar-heated pool is open from Easter to mid-September, depending on the weather. The lake, numerous bathing possibilities and a surfing school near Colico can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
