The holiday home has two holiday flats in a sunny hillside location above Domaso, on the western shore of the lake. Your holiday flat is on the middle floor.
From the Mediterranean south-facing position, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Domaso headland and far to the south of the lake, as well as the fascinating panorama of the Alps. In the rural surroundings there are vineyards, olive trees, meadows, a small mountain stream as well as residential and country houses in the Lombard style. 3 outdoor areas are a special charm: the holiday flat has a wide, partially covered balcony with an inspiring lake view, the access from the outside to your holiday flat: a balcony with a magnificent lake view towards Monte Legnone and the nature reserve Pian di Spagna. A private garden, terraced and beautifully landscaped, is the third outdoor area. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy the impressive panorama.

The headland of Domaso offers many bathing opportunities on shallowly sloping beaches, with beach promenade path, which can be easily reached on foot.
There are beach bars and sports providers for surfing, kiting, stand-up paddling, canoeing and sailing boats/catamarans, as well as bike rental.

The holiday home is furnished to a high standard.
Stone tiles in a contemporary design emphasise the chic ambience.
The entrance to your holiday flat is exclusively via the balcony on the lake side with a wonderful view of the lake, approx. 10 steps lead from the service footpath to the balcony.

The light-flooded, open living area has a great view of the lake and the impressive mountain panorama.
In the living area there is a double sofa bed as an additional sleeping option.
The kitchen is open to the garden side with dining table set and pellet stove and to the living area.

A small hallway leads to the double and twin bedroom.
There are two bathrooms with shower.

The flat has open high roof beams with pleasant year-round temperature.

Ideal for hiking and nature lovers who appreciate high quality living.
Please note access for small children and people with limited mobility.

The friendly parents use a flat in the basement partly for their holidays.
The holiday flat is well insulated and recommended all year round.

There are parking spaces for your vehicles outside the property, a cobblestone footpath of approx. 30 m leads downhill to the house.
