Fully stocked home with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, seasonings/spices, Keurig (coffee), sugar, tea, storage products, and cleaning products as well as a few misc. items you may have forgotten.

We have games including Table Tennis, Board Games, Cornhole, Yardzee, Jenga. Explore Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Golf Courses, many Casinos, Parks, Museums, the Living Desert Zoo, Salton Sea, Joshua Tree, Hot Air Balloon Rides, the Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. As well as downtown La Quinta, which is an exceptional area filled with views, great vibes, and some of the most delightful restaurants.

Guest Access

The entrance/exit into the community is from the main gate located on Monroe St and between Ave 48 & 49. You`ll get a pass for the duration of your stay to go in and out.

There is no street parking from the hours of
11pm and 8am.

Pets are allowed with prior approval. Fee is $100 per stay.

*Please note that the city of Indio currently has a noise ordinance in place which means no outside music after the hours of 8pm. Any fines accrued for not complying will be the sole responsibility of the guests to pay. Fines are upwards of $1000.

- Please do not sublet the property in any way

- We ask that you do not bring additional/unauthorized guests to the house unless receiving prior approval (This includes having a party or hosting an event)

- Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the person who books.

- By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner`s Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant`s guests, or licensees or their personal property.

While on the property, please observe these rules:

-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.

-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest`s arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.

NO refunds can be given for festival dates, including coachella weekends april 10th-13th - april 17th-20th and april 24th-27th.

Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.
