Mountain View Point features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of space for families and groups to spread out comfortably. The lower level includes one of the bedrooms with multiple beds, along with an additional living room, creating a great hangout space for kids, teens, or larger groups. After a day on the slopes or trails, cozy up by the wood stove and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door.
