This is a studio unit with a compact layout, ideal for guests up to 6 feet tall. If you`re significantly taller, we recommend exploring alternative accommodations to ensure your comfort during your stay.

THE SPACE

- Studio Bedroom
Rest easy on a comfortable double bed in this snug bedroom featuring a smart TV. Feel free to bring your own cables and adapters to stream your favorite content during downtime.

- Bathroom
A compact, efficiently designed bathroom with a standing shower featuring hot water, a sink with cold water access, and a toilet. The bathroom is sized for one person at a time, so coordination with your travel companion is recommended.

- Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, compact refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials you need: cooking pots, pans, and basics like salt and pepper. Enjoy your meals in the cozy indoor dining area, or step outside to the outdoor dining space to dine with a view.

There are two parking spots available in the driveway

A fully functional BBQ grill awaits your culinary creations (please bring your preferred charcoal). Just steps away sits an inviting firepit nestled beside the creek, perfect for evening gatherings. We provide the firewood, but please bring your own lighter and flint. This is where the magic happens, whether you`re roasting s`mores or simply soaking in the ambiance of nature.

This intimate setting is ideal for those seeking genuine connection with nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you`re here to unwind, cook a meal together, or spend evenings by the fire under the stars, this riverside studio delivers an authentic and memorable experience.

Guests have full access to the studio unit, bathroom, kitchen, backyard, seating area, bbq grill and firepit areas.

I won`t be present, but I`m just a message away from anything you may need.

Please note that this studio is part of a bigger house next door, either you rent the studio unit only or the entire house, we have another listing for that.

Fire Pit and complimentary firewood provided

Please bring your own lighter/flint, these are not supplied

Charcoal grill available, make sure to bring your own charcoal (utensils provided)

No additional guests past your booking confirmation are allowed

Maximum occupancy: 2 guests

No parties or third-party bookings; only registered guests may enter the property

Strictly no pets allowed; documented service animals must be registered prior to arrival

Any violation will result in removal and no refund

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on property ($500 smoke odor removal fee)

Please respect quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise or complaints can result in full deposit forfeiture and removal

Maintain the space in good condition; extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay

Use designated parking; do not block driveways or access points

Turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property

Valid ID required for booking

Full names of all guests must be disclosed
