The space
The Designer Penthouse was created as part of our private home for family, friends, and “digital nomads” seeking tranquility while remaining close to a vibrant city.

The bedroom can be completely darkened and is equipped with a modern King Size XL bed with an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep.

From the bedroom, you have direct access to the luxurious bathroom, which features underfloor and towel heating, a walk-in floor-level shower, two single basins, and the “Sunset Nook,” offering views of Table Mountain National Park.

The open-plan dining and lounge area is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. From there, you can enjoy the large private 360° rooftop terrace with surreal views, complete with two oversized sunbeds.

Currently, we are looking for a medium-term tenant. Our penthouse is ideal for people who work remotely, with fast Wi-Fi and no load shedding.

The penthouse is, of course, on the top, and our ‘stairway to heaven’ (quite literally!) has almost 50 steps :)
