This isn't your typical beach rental. Head down to the sand to catch a SpaceX launch, or settle into one of those recliners and never leave.



Whether you're here for a long weekend, a work trip near Patrick Space Force Base, or a full snowbird season, this condo has everything you need.

The Space:

This modern 1-bedroom condo punches well above its weight. Clean lines, updated finishes, and thoughtful design make it feel like a retreat — not just a rental. 🌴



🏠 Inside

The living room is built for comfort. Two recliner sofas (a favorite with our snowbird guests) face a flat-screen TV, and a nautical-blue area rug ties the whole room together. Beach-inspired artwork and a ceiling fan keep the vibe relaxed and coastal. Step out onto the south-facing balcony for fresh air, a peek of the ocean, and a pair of Adirondack chairs perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.



Satellite Beach is quieter than the tourist spots up the coast — wide, uncrowded, and perfect for long walks or catching some surf. On launch days, head down to the sand for front-row SpaceX views from one of the best vantage points on the Space Coast.



The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, a glass tile backsplash, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances — full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee station is set up and ready. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before Kennedy Space Center or cooking a full dinner, this kitchen delivers.



🛏️ The Bedroom

The king-size bed sits in a dark-wood frame with matching nightstands — classic and comfortable. The room has its own ceiling fan, ample closet space, and blackout-friendly window coverings for sleeping in after a late rocket launch.



🚿 The Bathroom

This is the showstopper. A glass walk-in shower with dramatic marble-look tile from floor to ceiling gives this condo its modern edge. The vanity and fixtures are updated to match — clean, sleek, and a step above what you'd expect in a beach condo.



💤 Extra Sleeping

The recliner sofas are ideal for lounging, and an air mattress is available for additional guests who need a sleep setup in the living room.



🏊 Complex Amenities

Sandpiper Towers sits directly on the ocean with private beach access just steps away. The complex also has a game room for rainy days. And will have a brand new pool in the coming months.



Guest Access:

You get the full condo to yourselves. I'll send your digital lock code, building access details, and parking info the day of check-in — completely seamless. No key exchange, no waiting around.



The Neighborhood:

Satellite Beach is one of the Space Coast's best-kept secrets — a laid-back, locals-favorite stretch of coastline without the tourist crowds, and one of the few areas near Patrick Space Force Base with vacation rentals available. The beach here is wide, quiet, and perfect for long walks, morning surf sessions, or simply spreading out a blanket and doing absolutely nothing.



The condo sits along A1A with a short stroll to local restaurants and public beaches. It's also conveniently by the Pineda Causeway for quick access to the Mainland area of Melbourne, FL.



You're just minutes from everything on the Space Coast:



🚀 Kennedy Space Center — ~60 minutes

🛳 Port Canaveral — ~25 minutes (perfect for pre- or post-cruise stays)

🏄 Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop — ~15 minutes

🏰 Walt Disney World — ~1 hour (this is Orlando's closest beach!)

🦁 Brevard Zoo — ~20 minutes



Patrick Space Force Base is right next door, making this an ideal home base for Space Coast work trips and TDY stays.



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about an hour away. Rent a car, Uber, or grab a shuttle — tons of options. A car is recommended for exploring the Space Coast, but the beach is literally at your doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

🚧 COMING SOON! POOL UPDATE: Our building is currently undergoing exciting upgrades — a brand-new pool is under construction! We are hoping for the pool to be completed around July/Aug 2026, but as with any construction project we cannot guarantee an exact completion date. While the pool isn't available just yet, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to greatly affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. Current pricing accounts for the pool not being completed.



By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions. Tentative completion of construction is July/August of 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host.
