The Space:

Casa Azurelee Guest House by Oraklus offers a cozy and private retreat, located on the same property just below the main house. Please note that the main house and its backyard are not included with this booking and are not accessible during your stay. This space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, making it ideal for smaller groups or as additional accommodation when booked together with the main house.



The guest house features a private bedroom with a queen bed and TV, as well as a living room with a convertible sofa that transforms into a second queen bed. The living area also includes a TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind.



Guests will enjoy a dining area for four and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, portable stove, and microwave—perfect for preparing light meals during your stay.



Guest Access:

You will only have access to the Guest House. Please refrain from going anywhere near the Main House including the backyard area.

Getting Around:

A car is needed to get around.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 4 people allowed in the house

No music after 10pm

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside ($250 fine)

$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

$35 charge per stained pillow cover

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover

$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



**No parking is permitted on any portion of the shared access road (the black-paved road). Any vehicle parked on the shared road will be towed immediately at the owner's expense, as it blocks access for neighbors, emergency vehicles, and water and garbage trucks.**



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.
