All basic prices are for 6 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 200€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 70€
- Discount 7 nights (except (public) holidays) - 180€


You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of € 300 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
