💡Power outage notice: While uncommon, brief power outages can occur. Please note that the building’s generator only supports common areas (elevators, lobby, etc.) and does not power the individual unit.



‼️Please keep in mind: Guests have access to the building gym and game room, but availability and specific equipment are managed by the building administration, so we cannot guarantee the condition or operation of every machine.
