Nestled near scenic Cache Creek, this peaceful retreat features a pool, wraparound porch, open living space with fireplace, and stunning mountain views. Ideal for families, romantic getaways, golf trips, or wedding guests.
Close to Guinda’s market, relax in nature, and enjoy California’s hidden gem, and just 2 hours from San Francisco.
A perfect escape, lovingly kept in our family for years.
Interior:
Ground Floor Bedroom: This room features a king-size bed and a twin bed, making it perfect for families or groups. A full bathroom and the laundry room is also conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs Bedroom: A cozy and private room with a queen-size bed, its own en-suite bathroom, and a shower. Perfect for couples or guests who prefer more privacy.
Living Area: The open-concept living room boasts tall ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows offering sweeping views of the surrounding farmland and mountains. A comfortable spot to unwind with family or friends.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, the spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. There’s also a breakfast bar for casual dining.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals in the bright, airy dining area that connects to the living room and has plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for family meals or special gatherings.

Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The swimming pool is not heated.
The swimming pool is a standout feature, providing a perfect place to cool off on hot valley days. Lounge around the pool or take a refreshing dip while enjoying views of the surrounding mountains and farmland.
Two magnificent oak trees frame the space, creating a stunning, shaded backdrop that changes beautifully with the light throughout the day. It’s an ideal spot to unwind, listen to nature, and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
Because of the natural environment, leaves and small debris may occasionally find their way into the pool—especially with those gorgeous oaks overhead. While the pool is maintained regularly, it is not serviced daily, so guests should expect a more organic, countryside feel rather than a hotel/resort atmosphere.
Back Porch: The expansive back porch is ideal for outdoor dining, featuring ceiling fans that keep the area cool and comfortable. Relax and enjoy the valley breeze.
Landscaping & Views: Surrounded by acres of peaceful farmland, the property offers unobstructed views of the nearby mountains. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, walking the grounds, or sitting on the porch, the serene landscape provides a tranquil backdrop.
Additional Features:
Tesla Charger: For your convenience, the property is equipped with a Tesla charger — making it easy for electric vehicle owners to recharge during their stay.
Please note, the charger is a Tesla charger and may not be compatible with all EV’s.

The barn is a private area and is off-limits to guests.
