This bright & beachy airy end-unit villa sits on the 3rd floor along Ocean Villa A with a short distance to the elevator. Offering, refreshing ocean breezes, and sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and resort natural views. The Resort is oceanfront so every room here, is just steps away from sinking your toes in the sand and sipping your favorite drink.

This cozy and freshly updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape or small family looking for a fun beach retreat. Fully Remodeled include fresh paint, a king-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen Island sits 2 people. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need for your stay are provided.

TVs: Brand new Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room and Flat Screen Smart TV in Bedroom, FREE Wi-fi....Both work on Roku.

Kitchen offers a Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove Top Burners & Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer w/ Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Drip Pot,(no coffee is supplied), Keurig, Baking Trays, and of course all the necessary, plates, bowls and glasses.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag in the closet for Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

BEACH GEAR: None provided. Beach Towels are not provided. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented either from the Bike Rental stand or Shore Services on the Beach.

LAUNDRY: W/D Rooms are located on 2nd & 1st Floor. Please ask for details on using them.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Off Season: November to mid-February - Things like Jamaica Joez Poolside Bar & Restaurant and Beach Shore Services, will in most cases be closed for the winter season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryers are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule) - NO E-BIKES are allowed on property.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
