Welcome to the C-zone! Awaiting your arrival is a cozy, comfortable, convenient cottage with luxury accommodations. Upon entering the property, you will travel through a security gate entrance to discover plenty of parking and easy access into the home that encompasses your own private getaway. A fully-equipped kitchen with over 30-square feet of quartz countertops provides plenty of room for all of your meals and munchies! The refrigerator, with its French doors, gives you open space for plate-full platters and pies. And with its automatic ice maker, your favorite drinks will always stay cool and refreshing. The gas range and stainless-steel stove will meet the challenge of the most discerning chef to create a masterpiece, or someone may want to simply throw together a family favorite using the assortment of appliances parked in an easy to reach appliance garage. A beverage bar with its own double-door mini-frig will stockpile your drinks, both large and small.
Ready to start your day? First grab a custom-made coffee cup conveniently stored inside the Jura cup warmer. Next fill the room with the smell of freshly-brewed coffee using the 12-cup or single-cup Keurig coffee maker that is ready to serve you with a variety of coffee products located inside the cabinets along with sugar and sugar substitute products. Do you prefer hot tea or hot chocolate? Open the mini-bar drawers to discover a colorful assortment of warm drink packets to delight your palette. Got your meals and drinks; it’s now time to sit down at the heirloom dining room table with soft-cushioned chairs to share meals and memories. For easy clean-up, let the high-end GE dishwasher do the work for you. Ready to be entertained? Step into the living room to watch your favorite show on the large LG OLED high-definition flat screen TV or grab a game or puzzle box located inside the TV cabinet. But be the first to land onto the recliner to enjoy a personal spa treatment – with its multiple massage and heated electronic positions. And if you don’t want to get up, you can position the recliner in sleeper mode while you beg someone to give you a blanket to snuggle with. And to ensure you have the highest level of healthy air at all times, a 15-level A/C air filter has been installed along with a Shark automatic air purifier machine. Additionally, the entire property is a tobacco-free area with both smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors. A gas-fueled system and new A/C unit with touch-button controller allows to you set the temperature just right. And for cold-weathered climate moments, the fully-functional wood burning fireplace will provide additional warmth and a glowing ambiance.
Do you like taking long-hot showers? You can wash away the day’s dirt as long as you like with the tank-less hot water system as you sit down on the wall-mounted Teak seat while using the massage shower hand wand. For your cleansing experience, high-quality, spa-infused shampoo, conditioner and body wash are easily accessible on the shower shelves. A cadre of soft and lavender-washed towels provide the finishing touches of cleansing care. Going out on a date? A hot curling iron and hairdryer are ready to help create your favorite hair style, along with mirrors located throughout the bedrooms and bathroom so you can check out how perfect you look for your night out on the town. And if you prefer to stay in, high-speed WiFi is available to help you stay connected to the outside world. Your clothes deserve to enjoy their own cleansing experience, and they can with the commercial grade state-of-the-art LG washer and dryer. Inside the laundry room area, you can toss a detergent pod inside washer and your clothes will be swimming with delight! And if you want to spoil them, you can give them a splash of laundry scent booster beads. Your luxury accommodations continue in the bedrooms. After long research and analysis, we selected luxury mattresses made of the highest quality, globally-sourced materials. The Saatva king-size bed was rated #1 in luxury and comfort. While the twin beds are the same mattresses selected for Olympic athletics because the best athletics in the world deserve the best, and so do you! The high-thread count sheets will give your skin a luxurious feeling and ease you into a restful night of sweet dreams. Both bedrooms also have their own high-definition TVs, remote control ceiling fans, and electrical and USB ports to ensure all of your tetchy toys are fully charged for your next adventure. Additionally, the bedrooms have high-quality, solid wood furniture for your clothes and supplies, roomy closets with hangers, full-length mirrors and extra blankets for those extra snugly nights.
Your four-legged family members have their own goodies as well. Inside the laundry room basket, you will find bowls and blankets made special for them. We request that if your pet must be on furniture, please cover with the blanket and towels. You will also find special accommodations for everyone outside. With the gate closed, the property is fully-fenced to let the kids and pets run loose. To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, children and animals should be supervised at all times. We also request that pets and people respect our neighbors, which are also pets and people. There is plenty of seating possibilities – the porch bench, patio rocking chairs, couple’s seating behind the house, and group gatherings under the gazebo. And no need to worry about the darkness as the property has automatic lighting systems. Need something? That’s easy to fix…a brand-new grocery store, fuel station, coffee shop and pharmacy is just minutes away. Need something to do? That’s easy too! The cottage is conveniently located to visit a wide-range of restaurants, shopping, events and parks.

PETS: If you bring pets, you must indicate this on your reservation. There is a $50 pet fee when included on your reservation. If you do bring pets and do not include them on your reservation, there will be $100 pet fee.

GUEST REGISTERED: The number of guests registered are the only approved guests on the property. For example, if 2 guests are listed in the reservation, only those 2 guests are allowed on the property. You are welcome to have guests visit you but you must get prior approval. Also, the maximum number of persons at the cottage is 5 at any time. You must get prior approval if more than 5 persons are at the cottage at any time. Additional charges will be incurred for more than 5 guests at the cottage.

PARTIES / FIREWORKS: Absolutely no parties or fireworks are allowed at any time, even during special occasions (July 4th, Year End Celebrations, etc.). If any parties or fireworks occur at the cottage during your stay, all guests will be removed from the premises immediately, without a refund. Charges for damages and clean up will also be incurred.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT TOBACCO PRODUCTS ON THIS PROPERTY: No tobacco products (including vaping, dipping, chewing gum, patches, cigarette, etc.) are NOT allowed anywhere on this property at any time, both inside the home and outside the yard areas. If tobacco products are used at anytime, all guests will be removed from the property immediately, without any refund. A $500 fee will be incurred as a penalty fee and to mediate the property of chemical contamination.
