Warm wood interiors, abundant natural light, and large windows overlooking the mountains and seasonal lake views create a bright, relaxing atmosphere. The open-concept studio accommodates up to 3 guests.

Guests will have private keyless entry to the entire studio. Mountain Jewel is a single-story studio located on the second floor above the garage, accessed via an exterior staircase

Sleeping Area
The main sleeping area features a comfortable king bed with a memory foam mattress, bedside lighting, and a Smart TV. A twin-size futon/sofa bed is available for one additional guest.

Hidden Space-Themed Nook
One of Mountain Jewel’s most distinctive features is its hidden space-themed nook. Decorated with a solar-system theme, this cozy hideaway includes a teepee, soft lighting, and beanbag chairs—an especially fun space for children to relax and play.

The thoughtfully stocked kitchenette includes:

• Dishes, cookware, and basic meal-preparation essentials

Please note that the bathroom and shower are cozy and compact, as is common in mountain cabin-style studios. Taller or larger guests may find the shower more limited than a standard hotel shower.

Private Balcony
Step onto your private balcony to enjoy the peaceful mountain air, seasonal lake views, morning coffee, or an evening sunset. Clean cushions and pillows for the balcony furniture are stored inside the container near the studio entrance to protect them from the weather.

Mountain Jewel offers a quiet setting near Douglas Lake while remaining within convenient driving distance of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Boating, fishing, restaurants, and other area attractions are also nearby.

Access and Parking
The studio itself is entirely on one level but is located above the garage and must be accessed by an exterior staircase. There is no elevator.

Parking options include:
• Private parking for up to 2 vehicles behind the property near the studio stairs
• 1 additional vehicle may park in front of the white garage door in a shared, first-come, first-served space
• On-site RV or trailer parking is available

Well Water and Hot Water
The property is served by a private well with professionally maintained filtration equipment. Please notify us immediately of any leaking faucets, running toilets, or unusual water issues, as even a small leak can affect the water system.
Because of the studio’s limited space, the water heater has a moderate capacity. We recommend shorter showers, particularly when three guests are staying. If the hot water runs low, it generally reheats fairly quickly.

Septic System
Mountain Jewel operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes—even those labeled “flushable”—feminine products, paper towels, food, or other materials.

Wildlife Awareness
Mountain Jewel is located in a natural mountain environment where raccoons, insects, and other wildlife may occasionally be seen. Never feed or approach wildlife, and do not leave food or trash outside. All garbage must be secured inside the provided bear-resistant trash bins.
